 Your medical ID bracelet should reflect your own unique personality. To create your own perfect medical ID bracelet, simply choose the strand and the type of engraved ID that you prefer. Because our bracelets are custom made, the combinations are limitless! When you select your bracelet strand, please use the drop-down menu to specify the type of stringing material (stretch or wire) and the type of ID (charm or plate) you will be using with your bracelet. Please indicate the size of the complete bracelet (do not deduct for the plate). Next, select the ID charm or plate that you prefer from our "ID tags" page. Please remember that all of our bracelets are designed to be interchangeable so that you may use multiple bracelet strands with one ID.
