Although all of our designs are available in any size, child through adult, we think these designs hold special appeal for kids. We also welcome requests for custom designs to reflect your child's favorite color(s), hobbies, and interests.
All bracelets shown on this page can be ordered directly from the website using a credit card. To place an order for a custom design, please email us at customdesign@sweetnessdesigns.com. To order a bracelet using a cashier's check or money order, please email us at order@sweetnessdesigns.com.
Engraving is included FREE of charge. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an engraving form for your personalized medical information.
When placing an order, please use the drop-down menus to indicate your preferences for stringing material (stretch or wire), size, and medical logo for ID plate (red, powder blue, or hearts), if applicable. If your size is not shown, please select "Other" and we will contact you by email for your size.
