 All bracelets shown on this page can be ordered directly from the website using a credit card.Because our bracelets are designed to be interchangeable, additional bracelets can be purchased to be used with your Sweetness Designs medical identification plate or charmto create a whole wardrobe of choices. Please check out our "Mix & Match" and "Mix & Match 2" pages for additional bracelets strands. Engraved medical alert plates and charms are available in additional styles in anodized aluminum, stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-filled (please see our "ID Tags" page).
Engraving is included FREE of charge. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an engraving form for your personalized medical information.
When placing an order, please use the drop-down menus to indicate your preferences for stringing material (stretch or wire), size, and medical logo for ID plate (red, powder blue, or hearts), if applicable. If your size is not shown, please select "Other" and we will contact you by email for your size.
