Each bracelet shown includes a stainless steel medical alert ID plate engraved with your personal information. Because our bracelets are designed to be interchangeable, additional bracelets can be purchased to be used with your Sweetness Designs medical identification plate to create a whole wardrobe of choices. Please check out our "Mix & Match" and "Mix & Match 2" pages for additional bracelets strands. Engraved medical alert plates are available in additional styles in stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-filled (please see our "ID Tags" page). A hard-fired enameled medical emergency caduceus symbol is soldered to each medical identification plate.
Engraving is included FREE of charge. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an engraving form for your personalized medical information.
When placing an order, please use the drop-down menus to indicate your preferences for stringing material (stretch or wire), medical logo (red, powder blue, or hearts), and size. If your size is not shown, please select "Other" and we will contact you by email for your size.
