Each bracelet shown on this page includes an anodized aluminum dime-sized medical alert ID charm engraved with your personal information. Because our bracelets are designed to be interchangeable, additional bracelet strands can be purchased for use with your Sweetness Designs medical identification charm to create a whole wardrobe of choices. Please see our "Mix & Match" and "Mix & Match 2" pages for additional bracelet strands. Sterling silver and gold-filed engraved medical charms are also available (please see our "ID Tags" page).
Engraving is included FREE of charge. Upon receipt of your order, we will email you an engraving form for your personalized medical information.
When placing an order, please use the drop-down menus to indicate your preferences for stringing material (stretch or wire) and size. If your size is not shown, please select "Other" and we will contact you by email for your size.
