Welcome to Sweetness Designs! We custom design
each piece of jewelry to suit your unique personality.
Our specialty is beaded medical identification bracelets. Each medical ID bracelet is professionally engraved (at
no additional charge) to include your personalized
medical information. All of the designs shown
throughout the website can be purchased as shown or
they may be adapted to suit your personal preferences.
Credit card orders can be placed securely directly on the website (just click on the "Add to Cart" buttons to select an item and click the
"View Cart" button to checkout). To place an order for a custom design (not
shown on the site) or to pay by money order or cashier's
check, please email us at order@sweetnessdesigns.com.
Our bracelets are designed to be interchangeable so that
you can match your medical identification alert bracelet
to your outfit or your mood. To create your own bracelet
or wardrobe of bracelets, please visit our "Mix & Match,"
"Mix & Match 2," and "ID Tags" pages. Simply choose
the medical ID alert charm or medical ID alert plate that
you prefer and then select a bracelet. Additional
bracelets can be purchased separately (without an ID
charm or ID plate) so that you can build a wardrobe of
medical identification jewelry. The possibilities are
limitless!

All of our bracelets are available in stretch so they can
be slipped on and off easily (excellent for arthritis
patients or anyone who prefers not to fuss with a clasp). Because your medical ID is part of your daily wardrobe,
it should be convenient to wear.
We look forward to assisting you in creating the medical
identification jewelry of your dreams. Every medical
alert ID bracelet is custom made to your specifications
(size, engraving, etc.).
